Venom 6: Spider-Island
According to a Marvel article posted today, Venom is going to be a part of this summer's Spider-Island event in a big way! Although the article doesn't give too much away, it does provide some juicy tidbits of information:
Venom is once again thrown right into the action -
Flash vs Eddie -"..Venom is basically the last man standing. He’s responsible for making sure this doesn’t spread, and then gets intertwined in the story in a pretty major way."
"We’ll be seeing a big fight between Venom and Anti-Venom. I don’t want to give away the whys and what-fors, but that plays a giant role in the story."Venom is considered a hero? -
"As if that doesn’t put enough on our hero’s plate, he’ll also face some harsh lessons firsthand that could serve to either strengthen his resolve or break him once and for all."Since this event is spanning many different books, hopefully Venom will make appearances else where this summer. After reading the Marvel article, how do you feel about Venom and Spider-Island? Personally, I can't wait until August!
