Agent Anti-Venom

Agent Anti-Venom is joining the cast of playable 'Spider-Man' in the mobile game Spider-Man Unlimited:

He is being introduced during a new event that revolves around Venom Inc characters and a bunch of new cards:

Not playing the game any more, it seems as though there have been a ton of symbiotes added over the last year or two.  Below are all of the symbiote cards you can obtain in the game (from the wikia):

Contest  of Champions

During this years NYCC, CBR gives us our first look at the Marvel's upcoming mobile fighting game "Contest of  Champions."  While he doesn't appear in the trailer or any screen caps of the game, Agent Venom can be seen in the promotional banner for the game:

For all the information and a trailer, head on over to CBR.  'Contest of Champions' will be available in December for iOS and Android.

It is not know if Venom will be sold individually or as part of a set.  More information is expected at this years E3.  Will you start playing Disney Infinity now that you can be Venom?

Ultimate Carnage in Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions

The next Spider-Man video game, Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, looks like a lot of fun. If you haven't heard, there are four Spider-Man dimensions (Amazing, Noir, 2099, and Ultimate) to play in. A trailer for the Ultimate dimension was just released and it looks like Carnage will make an appearance. Spidey is also wearing the Venom suit in this dimension, so its possible Venom will make an appearance as well, but nothing is confirmed on that yet.

Venom costume in Little Big Planet

Since I don't own a PS3, I've never played the Little Big Planet game; however, I heard it was very original and a fun game to play. Well it looks as though Marvel characters are invading this game via downloadable content. Included in this pack of heroes and villains will be Venom! There hasn't been any pictures of costumes yet, but once they are released I will post them. In the meantime, you can check out Marvel.com to read the story or you can visit LBP's official website to get more information about the game.

Let us know if you own/played the game and if you are planning on getting Venom's DLC when its released in July.

Carnage invades Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 in November

If you ever dreamed of having Carnage team up with the likes of Wolverine, Captain America, or The Hulk....your dreams can come true on November 5th. For $10, you can download Carnage (along with Cable and Psylocke) into Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 for the XBox 360 and PS3 versions.

Well if you disagree with my review and actually liked Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, then this might be for you. Carnage will be a downloadable character for MUA2 (no word yet on when and for how much). I'll admit, it would be cool to play as Carnage (I don't think we've ever had the chance before in any other video game), but the overall experience with this game left a sour taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I want to spend money to play as the spawn of Venom. The 'giant head move' looks a little corny to me.

MvC2 Venom in HD

For all of you who are video game junkies (like myself) as well as Venom junkies, Marvel vs Capcom 2 is available today to download from XBox Live Arcade. It costs 1200 MS points (or $15). Although they improved the graphics and its in HD, I still think its kind of a rip off for a game that is 9 years old (came to Arcades in 2000). However, I loved playing it on my PS2 back in 2002 so maybe I will give it a try...
