Screenrant reports that Eddie Brock's ex-wife, Ann Weying, will be apart of the upcoming Venom movie:
It’s been reported that the Marvel Comics character Ann Weying will be appearing in the upcoming Venom film from Sony, which could mean some worrying times are ahead for Eddie Brock. There are a whole bunch of unanswered questions around the plot for this movie, but the presence of Brock’s ex-wife and her fate in the comics raises even more possibilities.
During the Sinner Take All series, Eddie gives Ann the symbiote to save her and she briefly becomes She-Venom.
The report also states that the movie will take some notes from Ultimate Spider-Man, which may mean the symbiote will be man-made instead of an alien.
