Web Warrior: Agent Venom
Today history is made as Agent Venom appears in his very first cartoon series! Season 3 of Ultimate Spider-Man kicked off last month with the subtitle Web-Warriors. The first two episodes, The Avenging Spider-Man part 1 and 2, had Asgardian monsters bonded with the Venom symbiote wrecking havoc in NYC. In episode 3 a left over piece of symbiote finds its way to super hero wannabe Flash Thompson. Check out the clip from today's episode:
I know I've said it before, but this show has really grown on me. Is the way they have an endless supply of Venom symbiotes a little frustrating? Sure. Is it ridiculous to completely ignore Eddie Brock as a character. Yeah. But at the end of the day it is a cartoon made for children. Enjoying a version of Venom that my five year old doesn't hate, because he isn't bad and scary looking, is a win in my book.
So anyone that has already seen it, what do you think?
