TVS forums now on Reddit
While we are all still catching our breathe from the exciting ride Spider-Island gave us and as we gear up for Flash and the symbiote to go on the run next month, I thought this would be a good time to reintroduce the forums here at your trusty old Venom site. In an attempt to create more discussion and awareness of our favorite symbiote, I decided to move the message board over to Reddit. Those of you who are already fellow redditors, know how easy it is to start a topic, comment, and vote for your favorites. You can post anything, from an awesome Carnage picture you made or found, to an idea you had for a Toxin book!You can subscribe to thevenomsite community with your reddit account or if you would rather just view what others have submitted, you can access it though the forums page on this site until you are ready to join.
I decided to go with Reddit because a) its free and b) it will allow the entire reddit world to spark conversation in our little community (I am really trying to encourage discussion boards).
Please be aware that posts will still be monitored (meaning spam or anything off topic will be deleted) and I am still in the process of fine tuning the site (there will eventually rules and regulations posted). Speaking of which, if you are already an established redditor and would like to be a moderator for thevenomsite community (to assist with the design or monitor posts), please contact me and I will add you. I'm excited to see how this new community starts to take shape!
Reddit is a HUGE place, so if you are new and venture outside of the TVS community I would advise reading their help page and 'reddiquette' (you can also contact myself with any questions you may have). As always, since I am running this as a one man show, comments/ideas are always welcome on how to make it better.
