the birth of the venom site

I have been a fan of the Marvel comic book character Venom for the last 15 years. As an 'on-again-off-again' collector, I found it difficult to find the comic book issues Venom made appearances in over the years. There are many great Venom fan sites out there, but I could not locate any that gave me a complete list of everything (books, cards, games, shows, etc.) Venom was in. Although I have a pretty solid collection of Venom comic books, I will be relying on visitors of this site to help me fill in the gaps of things I don't have documented on the site. My goal for this blog is to provide a detailed list of of Venom appearances, my reviews and users opinions of the appearances, as well as a place for up-and-coming Venom fans to reference when starting their collections. Along the way I hope to provide news on other symbiotes in the Marvel Universe, discussion topics for readers to voice their opinions, and above all factual information.
